Goddess Legs 3-90 Workout Series Ep. Four

By now, you should know that the road to great legs doesn’t have to include monotonous running on a treadmill.  And, I will tell you that it was definitely not the path I took to getting my legs looking like they do today.

Something as simple as chair squats or rolling a ball between your feet can have a transforming effect.  Check out episode four of Goddess Legs 3-90.
